Wow. Seriously? While Firewatch seems a great game (I intend to play it), it's only maybe 6 hours of gaming for 20€ to see the end, and it's just a walking game (mostly).

On the other hand with The Witness at 36€, you'll need maybe 30 hours to see the first end, more than 50 hours if you want to real end. And the game is already considered by many a masterpiece of game design, looks indie, but it really feels AAA when you play the game because It's incredibly polished (8 years to make this game!).

And the Witness is much better technically too on PS4 and runs at a very impressive consistent 60fps. They use a in-house engine they specifically made for this game (not your typical Indie!) and it shows. When Firewatch use the disapointing Unity engine.

One mans garbage is another man's treasure as they say. YOu may call it a masterpiece while someone else may not see it that way, especially one who might have a thing for puzzles and happens to get through them all with ease, that can happen for some people like it or not.

Don't know why you threw in that last part though.

Sorry for having a different opinion I guess?.

Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
