Strong minded and right to the point. I hate when a women plays seduction games and try to manipulate the setting. I'm very picky about this. If i show interest in a person she has a very little time window to engage.

My wife is fast at taking decisions and has a great sense of humor. Plus she is great at cooking and has a good job that she loves (that means that usually she doesn't bring frustration home from work).
