What do you look for in a potential partner?

Cooking - doesn't have to be a master chef just something you won't throw up, so I don't have to cook.
House work - iron, wash, clean etc.. - running own company as a hobby on top of my full-time job + too much TV and sport to watch for me to do this stuff.
Education - need some sort of brain to talk too.
Independent - must be able to entertain herself when I am busy and don't want to interact.
Cannot smoke or drugs or binge drink.
