That said, I hope that 20.99 $/€ price isn't true. If the other old FF games are 15€ I don't see why IX should cost more.

Unfortunately I think it is gonna be $20.99 with a 20% discount during first week which will make it $16.99.

Thinking twice now whether to buy it day 1 or not.

I almost never buy games at launch, but if that's the price I'll wait until it goes on sale. I'm optimistic in a 50% off either in the summer or winter Steam sales.
