Thank you for your interest! I studied Japanese language and culture at university, so I was always dreaming of visiting Japan. So, after university, I came here for six months to improve my knowledge of the language by studing in a private school. Since my visa was valid for one year, after graduating from school I decided to look for a job and I fortunately found it! I'm one of the system administrators in a transportation company.

Yesterday I submitted my request for a new visa at the immigration office, and I asked for a three years visa, so I guess for know I'll stay here for three to five years? I don't know actually, I don't have any plans of coming back to Italy, life here is great! And, to the tell the truth, Italy's economy still sucks and it's really hard to find a job for us young people without experience.

So, here it is, a short summary of my life! Nothing special about it really ;)

Wow!

Especially impressive that you were able to find a job there. Many Japanophiles have tried and failed that part.

Is the pay okay?
Have you been able to make Japanese friends yet, or is it mainly international people?
What do you do socially at weekends and stuff?

I'd also be quite interested in hearing about this. I love Japan, been there on holiday several times, but i'll never be able to move there unfortunately. If you think it's a bit off topic, perhaps start a new thread?
