Businesses aren't stealing anything from governments, it's the other way around. Believe me ... 

The government can take something, as long as they give some sort of compensation.  Since the business would owe money, not owing money would likely be considered the compensation in this case.

Not paying taxes is illegal mate, you are aware that by not paying taxes these companies and their higher ups are screwing you and everyone else, the's a reason why in all developed countries Tax Evasion is treated like murder or worse because you're essentially robbing the amount you're meant to be putting into the system.

An example I'll give you is Google, over here in the UK George "The Pratt" Osbourne is getting flack for letting them only pay 3% of the tax they owed which in total is in billions and the amount they're going to pay is close to 300m, yet this man has been cutting all kinds of aid that are meant to help carers, parents etc... which don't even come close to the total amount of money Google owes. Too make up the money The Pratt not only cuts such aid but adds things like bedroom tax which hits everyone under the upper class.

Now these companies you're defending who are evading tax are essentially passing what they owe to you, if it's not paid you're going to foot the bill in one way or another eventually as the country needs to make up the lost money some how other wise you end up like Greece. This is why tax firms have so much power in the western countries and in many of them have the power to turn up at your business or home and start seizing assets as that scenario is what they want to avoid at all costs.
