SONY - PS3 to sell 10 Million THIS Fiscal Year --- FIRST Signs of trouble??

This isnt something logical for Sony? After last FY when they predicted 14mil sold but only sold 9mil.They know demand is there but choose to go with a lower shipment target and increase when necessary to look good rather have a surplus and look bad.
