How many Weekly Charts will the Wii U beat the PS4 in Japan 2016?

If Ninty actually tried like they do with theirs handhelds then this would be a discussion. I would rather know which will sell more between 3DS and Ps4. 3DS should have dropped enough to compete with ps4.
