Try enabling "game mode" on your TV. Most TVs have insane latency unless you have this mode on.

Wow, Im an IT and Telecommunications engineer, and I know a lot about TVs because Ive bought a lot hehe, but never knew what was the advantage of this mode till now. I always set it to be with smooth motion (120 Hz, 240 Hz and such) without knowing this was the cause for that hell of delay... Ill try it as soon as Im back at home.
