People that have interests in, or originating from other countries often learn phrases or customs from those countries. Big deal. The individuals themselves and how they use the words may be pathetic, but I've never really run across this problem.
What bugs me is all the gangsta and net leet speak or whatever that's called. If someone makes a thread like "have u playd dis game yet, its da best" or "mario galaxy roxxors", I silently curse them and go to the next thread. Using slang is fine, but going out of your way to spell things wrong is ignorance.
