Surely it would just be you, with a X instead of a Y. So... if you are ugly already (not saying you are), then you will be ugly as a girl too. Again, not saying you are, just using 'you' as general term.

Based on the genetics of my sisters, I should be fine. So might give it a go, sexuality wouldn't change however.

 I am good enough looking, nobdoy has complained yet :D however to consider such a radical change I would really need to become an extremly hot girl or it would not be worth changing my life. A 9/10.
