im pretty open minded on this. I'm kinda interested in VR because I've experienced hints of it in theme parks and I would like to see how it can be implemented at home or on the go. I think we, as core or casual gamers, should at least be open to such ideas as it can potentially bring video games to different heights. If it was just traditional controllers and hardware for the next decade or so, it would feel like the industry would become stagnant and it would just be marginal graphical improvements...That's why I appreciated the DS and Wii because they provided unique gameplay experiences (touch screen and motion controls) while providing some of the best games of their generation, even of all-time. There's nothing wrong in trying something that can create something new and push for new ideas that may have never been possible even on today's consoles.
