One good advice: Do not go for medical advice to the internet especially not in a gaming forum. Looking in the net may be ok when you know what you have and want more information but with something as general as a headache you will only find 20 possible deadly diseases you could have.
If you suspect it is something severe go to a doctor. Although if you only had a headache for one day I would give it a day or two. (But do not listen to me for medical advice either).
