It's possible for the holyday season, but I doubt it. The APU inside will need to make the jump to 14/16nm in order to avoid overheating in a smaller case. These production capabilities are still in much demand and small supply, the yield rates ain't optimal yet (which would reduce the winnings from the die slim), and AMD themselves haven't made the jump yet, which means they will prioritize their own products (ie. Polaris ans Zen) first in 14/16nm production.
Also, I think Sony should lower the price too soon. The company as a whole could certainly use the extra bucks from the higher price after the financial problems they faced in the last years
