Isn't going against the laws of nature the biggest argument against the existence of God? I believe that there are two core reasons why people believe in God:
- People do not like not knowing something: for many people it is hard to simply accept that there are things that we do not know
- People are afraid of death/hardships and rely on the idea of God and the afterlife as a coping method
