It hasn't really bothered me when I bought Fable II back when I played on my 360 along with some other titles back then and it hasn't bothered me on PC now. I don't think it would bother me much in the future either, especially since my library on 3DS is becoming more and more digital as time goes on. A game doesn't lose any value to me because it's digital, it's only when it's an online only game (which doesn't matter physical and digital wise) and gets shut down, that's when I lose the value because it's no longer accessible.
