High quantities of "shitposts" are essential in making forums entertaining. As are the "offended" posters desperately attempting to bring reason to the discussion. Places with relatively low moderation such as 4chan, reddit and youtube thrive largely thanks to trolls and genuine imbeciles keeping things interesting.
To answer your question, whichever website has the most moderation (and thereby is more keen on subjectively censoring certain content and discussions) offends me more.
