That sounds completely backwards, I mean the whole "you cannot defend yourself with any sort of object" kind of law. Then again the UK if someone tries to burgle you and you try killing or maiming them then they can sue you which again sounds backwards because you are the one at danger and being invaded.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
