Why do we all give don mattrick so much hate? I mean he wasn't the only one in charge and I don't think he had that much power to make quick decisions nor would he had enough power to say "no let's not do that". The whole company was behind that not just don mattrick.
the only thing I would say what a idiot he was were his comments like no internet? buy a xbox 360 ect., but funny enough phil spencer also made some "dumb" or rather questionable comments that were controversial discussed on vgchartz.
