Very much. It lightens my mood and put a smile on my face. It is one of the a few things that manage to make my happy without an obvious reason. In general, rain is the symbol of good fortune in our culture and history (desert climate). Even from the religious perspective it is is the symbol of mercy.
I can't stand the people who call it "bad weather"... Makes me angry.
