You mean its a crappy heli that really sucks. You can also find it on top of the police station on the second island, its on the North Right side by the river.
I found the game to be a little too boring and lacks the staying power that the other GTA games had. I already stopped playing GTA, i'm playing CoD4 again. And the last mission really sucks. And i can't even call all the people on my Phone, i get some dis-connected signal. I also can't seem to do all the race missions, Brucie just gives some bullshit answer and it won't let me race them.
