by cutting down on the absolutely overblown military spending and getting corps and millionaires and billionaires to actually pay their taxes

lots and lots of money can also be saved by breaking up the industrial-prision-complex and getting non-violent-offenders to participate in society/having them pay taxes instead of feeding them with taxes
