Has anyone ever found all hidden packages in a Grand Theft Auto

Nah, not all of them, i can't remember how many i got up to, but generally i started looking at the guide (ie. internet) moreorless as soon as the story mode finished, as after that i just wanted to tie up all loose ends, including the hidden packages
