The guys of the phone company call the hot-lines, with your number, at noon, and the company charge you the calls...
The cable guy usually comes late, by a week (but they charge you the whole month)
The federal workers dig holes in the main streets and avenues every month, so every month there is a big hole and two days later a big rock bloking the pass...
