I played a lot more games in university than in high school, a more active social life than in high school and wound up with better grades than high school. It depends on your program and how much time you need to dedicate to study and finish assignments.
However time management is always good so you don't pull off multiple all nighters to finish things. But honestly don't worry about it, university isn't as hyped up as you think it is.
