but you should be aware, that this is coming from a Salafist
Salafist/Wahhabi sects are the absolute most extreme conservative form of Islam there is - it's extremely literal, funnily enough much much more literal than how Islam was interpreted during the first hundreds of years of the existence of the religion
looking at them and saying "this is how Muslims think" is the equivalent of looking at the Westboro Baptist Church and saying "this is how Christians think" (and if you don't know them look that shit up)
what is reason for concern is that Saudi-Arabia is Wahhabi and due to them occupying Islams holy cities Mecca and Medina their ultra conservative Islam is gaining traction in the world and SA also finances lots and lots of Mosques preaching this type of Islam in many countries to help it expand
