I think Sony's point is that you would be better off having a third thumb than a penis, because you won't be using it anytime soon, you lonely lonely gamer.
The rest of the commercial says: In the meanwhile, here is also some imagery of a very metrosexual man with petite, scrawny, musculature. For those of you who are a little confused, bi-curious, or gay and still have a penis instead of a third thumb: enjoy.
Note that the musculature on the guy is not the kind most girls like, as most girls like their guys bigger than scrawny.
