The only thing I really agree with ya on is broken games. Western devs need to take some time iron out the kinks in their games. Most of what you're mentioning is optional.

Remasters are optional and they sell. It doesn't hurt anyone.

DLC and season passes are optional. You don't have to buy it. Personally, I get DLC for the games I like. It's my way of rewarding devs for good work. I don't touch season passes.

Episodic games are also optional. If you don't like 'em, don't buy 'em. If sales are low enough. devs will stop doing that. I personally don't care for 'em.

Online only games are optional. I play some of these. They are fun for me because I like pvp.

Completly agree here.

Broken games is a pain, and if there was more way to get money back from this, this would help customer, since devs would get a lot less money with game getting back on shelve.

Remaster is really optional, and i really find this cool for new young gamer who can enjoy old game. i know i won't play a ps1 game anymore due to 3D aged pretty badly but would play remaster of a lot of them, i hate aliasing so any remaster of good game without this is cool for me :p

I have buy DLC for maybe 5 games from  the start of DLC for gamming, and some of these DLC is more like real expension like old time. I dont get why ppl unhappy with them, just not buy them and move to a other good game.

Season pass, never buyed a single one atm so not care about them.

Episodic, well just wait the game is finish... what wrong with this ? usually when episodic game finished first and second episode is half priced, so at end you pay your full game lower than full price... if you not have any patience to wait blame yourself.

I really enjoy this gen with bloodborn (no dlc buyed) Until dawn, Uncharted collection (not played the 3 on ps3) Last of Us (not played on ps3) Infamous second son (No DLC), Dragon quest heroes, transistor  and many other game i still not played (no time atm)

The problem is not from industry, but from gamer who buy DLC/broken games/etc right away and not punish industry, assassin creed 2 brocken, ppl buy 3 anyway so why industry would stop ? same about mobile, mobile gamming grow because ppl is stupid to pay a lot for the "free" game, you cant blame industry for this, but only gamer....
