Geez thats some wishful thinking right there.
Even if this was for Nintendo and there is no proof that it is,
Shipping in H2 2016 means somewhere between July-December of 2016 AMD will be shipping the design to the Client.
No product will ship with that design sooner than about a year afterwards, so still a fall 2017 launch. (The PS4s design was delivered back in 2012....)
Also 'just in' NX is 'confirmed' to be less powerful than the PS4 and only support 900p games.

Actually, consoles ship within a few months afterwards. There's no reason to buy chips over one year in advance and sit on them for a year or more, when AMD will have made stronger chips for the same price by that time.
When the chips ship out, that means the manufacturing stage of the console is about to start.

Grasping at straws,

AMD does not manufacture any chips at all. They are a design firm only. Shipping to them means simply delivering the chip design to the client in fall 2016. Even if Nintendo was the client they couldn't just slap the chip in a motherboard and start manufacturing.

The PS4 apu shipped in 2012 and manufacturing began in July 2013.

It is impossible for the NX to come out in 2016, people need to accept that.
