Is The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Game of the Generation?

Can you honestly see any game beating The Witcher 3 this gen? I am not talking about sales, but rather getting value for one's dollar. The game is enormous and provides hundreds of hours of gameplay. The expansion also adds 30+ hours of gameplay. Not a single mission is bad though some are better than others. What can possibly top The Witcher 3?

-GTA5 (last gen game and current gen game) comes close but no cigar

-The Witcher 4?

-Cyberpunk 2077?

-GTA6?

-Next Red Dead game?

-Phantom dust?

-A really good Assassins Creed game?

-A Majoras Mask successor? (won't come this gen)
