The conflict of the hyper-politically correct left and bigoted right fringes always bemuses me, because neither seems to admit how blind they are to everyone else. Each has this need to be heard and fear of being ignored and suppressed, but their acerbic and combatative natures only lead their fears being realized. One side wants to address everything with kid gloves; the other side wants to address everything with boxing gloves.
