Not what I meant. Gameplay wise, what I have seen so far has been nothing exiting yet. Many exploration games mainly. I know that untill I actually put a headset on I wont be able to fully understand vr, also that great content is on the horizon, but this is my main point, there is noo great content yet, that I have seen like you said. But the more vr headset are sold, the sooner we can expect to see these gems.

Why can't you understand? Why aren't you getting it? You are looking at those 'games' on a 2D screen. It's the feeling of being there that sets VR apart. If you fall down a ten foot hole you actually feel like you've fallen down a ten foot hole and your body react as it would in real life. Walking on a rope from one high rise to another would be uninteresting and dull on a screen bit in VR it would scare the shit out of you. Stop thinking graphics and you'll begin to understand what VR is.

I think your putting too much faith in this first gen Devices and the power of the PS4 to power such realistic experiences on consoles..
I have tried VR and yes its immersive for some games but it can also totally ruin other ones, and the main reason for why its only good for some games so far such as walking sims etc is the hardware.
In time to come once VR matures and we are on the 2nd or 3rd gen devices yes putting on one of them VR helmets will be like being in the game as you say. However for now its a pretty fun and cool experience that can really add to the immersion of some games but not in the way you seem to be believing the marketing.

marketing? there are plenty of reports of individuals who experienced VR first hand and are highly impressed even by PS VR. an overwhelming majority to be more precise. your judgement is therefore is not to be taken seriously. first of all you say you have tried VR. but you dont mention which device(s) nor what applicantion(s). a game? a panorama view? cheese commercial? you dont seem to be aware there is a difference between cardboard VR and sophisticated devices like the HTC vive.
