It is possible. The best way to quit smoking is to hang around webmd. It doesn't take long to convince yourself you have cancer.

ive already convinced myself ill quit in my 30s if theres no cure for heart disease/cancer on the horizon by then... retarded justification i know but i cant help but not care about the health drawbacks yet
