It wasn't really being aimed, I've seen it a few times but your post was the one that reminded me of it in this thread, yeah.

I find that hard to believe anyway - for example, Sorcery Saga is a Idea Factory game and they've been putting everything possible on Steam.

I see, sorry to bring that up then.. >_>; Any maybe Sorcery Saga could be ported to Steam as well if that's the case O: Sooner, or later on..
