I actually think this mindset of "porting to PC... mustn't have done well on Vita" is actually the opposite. You don't see the smaller, less well received games getting ported (i.e. Sorcery Saga; Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters). It's the bigger games that've shown they've got the potential to reach an even wider audience - Senran Kagura; DanganRonpa etc.
Anyway, I hope this does well for them. First two games are fantastic (although the first more than the second). They're certainly putting a lot of faith in the market if they've got such plans already.
