Torrent rossetta stone, learn hiragana and katakana online, look at a previous comment I made for kanji and listen to Japanese music and watch subbed video/movie to help your brain adjust to hearing native speakers. I've been learning since last April, a bunch of vocabulary, online help for grammar particles and 1000 kanji later I haven't spent a single penny 

Oh, thanks! I only meet one requisite, I'm an anime addict so I already know some expressions, phonetically. Not a big deal, but it's something. I'd start for that and I'd come with some awfully bad written expressions in a while :P
