You can't compare the poor in 3rd world countries to the wealthiest people in the world. The ones who have money are in better areas of the world to make that money. If you attack them you could attack the poorest that live in America because there all rich as hell compared to the poorest in the world. Bill gates could never made his billions if he was born in there countries.
