no, in the same way that someone being born with six toes doesn't defy science... there are exceptions but generalisations are used so a baseline can be established
So then you agree it is not bound by sex?

so you are using a condition where a woman is sick with some illness to corroborate your case? do i really need to go into why that is nonsensical?
That's not the point at all. The fact that PCOS is as common as it is and can go undetected for years just shows the validity of my argument. Testosterone in women can go as high as 400 ng/dL. The average male will have over 600 ng/dL but many men are born with testosterone levels as low as 280 ng/dL. There are women who will produce more testosterone than men and this was my point.

"Any psychological state that a woman can be in, a male can be in as well and vice-versa"
yeah never said otherwise
If this is the case then how are we psychologically different? If women and men were psychologically different we would have different psychological states. As individuals we can have damaged brains, improper brain functions due to certain chemicals reaching too many parts of the brain (OCD as an example) but no psychological condition only exists in only men or only women.

the scientific method is based on observations... if you aren't using observations then what are you using?
Your's and my observation is employed through our senses whereas in science observation is recorded through technology goverend by our senses otherwise known as empirical evidence. Look up the difference between anecdotal and empirical, they both use our senses but that doesn't make them the same.

fun fact for you women share even more DNA with us! amazing right? doesn't mean shit though since i wasn't talking about differences on the genetic level
This was used to show how flawed our simple observation could be, that's all. I think that means some sort of shit.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
no that's not specifically what i was talking about... the body secretes various hormones throughout our development that push our physical development... if you don't have those hormones at the right levels then your body won't develop as it would be expected to develop
Oh for sure it won't develop as it would be expected to develop but developing into a womens body is another thing and it starts at the XY sex-determination system.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
no that's not what i said... i said methods like these are being used to guilt and shame men into having a particular mindset where beliefs like "men and women are the same" may take root even though observable reality tells you that its a silly belief
but regardless i apologise for making that claim as it wasn't at all relevant anyway
Apology accepted, not that I was asking for one, so it's big of you to apologize. But just to clear up again that I am not talking about social acceptence of women or the social viewpoints of women.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------
uh yeah exceptions do exist but we know that muscular men tend to be more aggressive than men that are flabby, yes its a generalisation, yes there are exceptions like with every classification
I'm arguing for the exceptions to highlight that aggression, or any form of expression for that matter, is not only pertaining to a single gender group. But that's not even where the discussion started and I sincerely don't think we are going to end this discussion with an agreement.

lol are you really posting an example of a behavioral condition triggered by physiological short comings as proof that there is no link between the two? now that is funny
Yes since this behavioral condition can be walked upon with high testosterone levels as well as a normal level of testosterone levels and both cases can have the same or different effects.
