I think I have you beat from a certain point of view at least.
I am up to about 260 physical ps3 games. What makes my collection special though is that EVERY game is sealed / brand new y folded, never been opened.
Also, here is my vita and PS4 collection. All of these are 100% factory sealed and brand new too.
I only collect PS3, Vita, and PS4 at this point, and only sealed. It has slowed down collecting when I decided to only do facotry sealed games, but it will be that much more impressive when I finish these collections off ... I am about halfway there for Vita now.
