@CGW Just trying to get into better shape. I heard cycling is good for combatting heart diseases. Plus I felt really good in terms of energy the next day.

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with increasing your metabolism, but I heard that's supposed to be a good thing.

Also, slightly off topic question. Are these any good in terms of health?
Is the sugar in that in ANY way added sugar? I want to eat more fruits, but I don't have the money, or commitment to buying fresh fruit all the time.
