The funny thing about that Statement was that Al Queda endorsed Bush in the last election. I think they figure the old double fake out. "They expect us to root for who we don't want, so we'll root for who we do!" Or just don't give a crap.
Bush fit Al Queda's wants, just as Obama fits Hamas' wants. Obama is perceived to have the weakest support among jewish voters and therefore is perceived to provide the weakest support for Israel.
I don't see anyone really paying much attention to Hamas aside from Jewish voters.
