If it comes with possible pitfalls and drawbacks, it might just not be worth it. I got Win7 x64 Ultimate and also have no plans to upgrade most notably due to some potential driver problems and license issues. Since I plan to build a new PC with ZEN and Polaris in a year or so I'll be getting a Win10 license anyway without having to wonder about my Win7 license.
