Also, I have to agree that "gamers" keep trying to move the goal post down on review scores to fit their defense of their favorite games. When someone tells me "5 should be average", my butthole puckers to help hold in the need to lay the crap down. Their logic is that "5 is halfway between 0 and 10, and is in the middle, or the 'average', so a 7 is a really good game!", and I swear I just want to kill myself when I see this logic laid out more often than it should be (which is never) when someone is defending their favorite game that wasn't so well received by critics! |
