That's a tough one actually. Zelda, Twilight Princess HD, Uncharted, and Horizon Zero Dawn all have strong arguments on this. Twilight Princess won't sell as fast as Zelda U, but has the benefit of more time. But it's also hampered by not being a super impressive overhaul.
Uncharted and Zelda U have the obvious argument of being their respective console's juggernauts with a lot of hype already built up.
Horizon Zero Dawn has the potential to go really huge BUT - and this is a big but - that all depends on Sony's commitment to hyping it up. If they go all Destiny on it, it could be the winner here. If not, probably not.
