The DICE (Design, Innovate, Communicate, Entertain) Awards have rumbled round once again. We've already heard that Hideo Kojima will be inducted into the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame on the night of February 18, and now we know the games up for prizes alongside him.

Gearbox has released a new developer diary for Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak, in which we learn how the team at Blackbird Interactive brought the feeling of Homeworld to the deserts of Kharak. In addition, this dev diary features the first gameplay footage from Homeworld: Deserts of Kharak (starts at around 2:40) so make sure to watch the video if you are interested in this RTS title. The game releases on January 20th.

MONSTER HUNTER ONLINE TO BE VISUALLY ENHANCED WITH AMD’S TRESSFX TECHNOLOGY

AMD has announced that it has partnered with Tencent Games in order to visually enhance Monster Hunter Online, as well as bring a number of performance optimizations to it. As a result, Tencent Games will release a patch for Monster Hunter Online later this month that will introduce AMD’s TressFX technology to it.

 

ARSLAN: THE WARRIORS OF LEGEND IS OFFICIALLY COMING TO STEAM ON FEBRUARY 9TH
