We should never have opened the doors of Europe wide , Let the refugees go thru vigorous mental and background tests before letting them in.
Moreover, we should think twice before accepting any large number of Muslims , we can give the persecuted Christian a home but the Muslim horde needs to find its home in the many rich Arabian nations.
Europe is no home for the hordes of Islam.
Also, regarding the rapists and criminals , We should either execute them or castrate them and use them as free slave labor in our mines or hard-labor prisons.
