Developers choose to release 30fps games for higher fidelity. I'm not saying to not buy games cause we all enjoy games and the fact of the matter is that we will end up buying regardless because we don't have a choice. We usually don't even have a say on it, but we can certainly leave the feedback so we can have better gameplay experiences in the future, or at least a choice, because atm we are force fed the 30fps, and that just isn't right.

What a ridiculous thing to say, when the market isn't given a choice even. Lol at "preference" once more tough. If by preference, you mean a worse game, then sure, have it your way. Its no lie that the majority doesn't care, but again, doesn't mean they are right. Actually, they aren't even counsciously making a decision on it.

The difference here is that there are those that want games to be really good games and then theres those that just get what catches their fancy. You can't be telling i'm forcing my opinion, when its something that clearly offers the biggest benefit to a game. Because a game is about gameplay. A movie is about image, but a game isnt. But an image catches the fancy of a passerby more easily than the feel of the gameplay, wich has to be experienced.

You are saying to someone who is saying "this is what would make gamers better, and its an aquired fact" and say "that is your opinion". It's just like Sheldon's mom in big bang theory when he says that God and the bible have been scientifically disproven and she replies "and that is your opinion". No, its not. You choose to ignore it.
