Yea, shure, because Rayquaza at +2 with 1/2 other powerups can't obliterate every single other pokémon that is still in game *irony*

And Latios can do the exact same thing. The real threat here is Latios and anyone who is backing the other Pokemon need to take a good look at the special moves of all who remain. Its not a pretty picture for taking out a psychic Dragon, keep that in mind.
