Nope. I don't own a PS4 and I'm glad that Sony was smart enough to work out that exclusive. Same with Tomb Raider on XBO, which I also don't own. Those were great gets from both. Exclusives are what make consoles unique. If you want the game, buy the system. If you can't, sucks for you. Get over it.
