I think it's the best game in the franchise, the criticisms are because they over-promised with the ending. They said that all the choices would have a repercussion in the ending, and it was just choose between 3 choices. So people were angry, and I think they had their reasons to be angry. I think it was brilliant because all of the sub-plots and character stories were closed marvelously in my opinion.
